My Online Bank with not syink with my Quickbooks account. It was working until 07/31/19, but will not pull any info from the account now. How do I reconnect?

There's no reported issues similar to yours, colleen4.

 

Are you getting an error message when trying to connect your bank to QBO? If so, you can try searching for that error in this article to fix specific online banking issues. You can refer to step 2 until step 3 for more troubleshooting steps.

 

Also, try logging in to your bank's website first. If you're able to access it without issues, then begin with manually updating your account in QuickBooks.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking on the left panel.
  2. From the Banking page, click on the Update button.

If you're getting the same result, you can bring transactions into Quickbooks by using our Webconnect feature.

No this did not solve my issue.  I have tried the Update button.  I have tried correcting it from my BB&T account, but my other accounts sync so it does not make sense why this one would not.  I have also tried to disconnect and reconnect, but that was unsuccessful as well.  The account is still pending issues.  Please help.

I tried to Update the account before I reached out to you for help.  This did not resolve the solution.  I also tried disconnecting the account and reconnecting. This also did not work.  I have also tried to correct it from the bank side, but since my other accounts are sync-ing it does not make sense why this one wouldn't as well.  The issue is not resolved.  Please help.

  2. Tell them that you're having an issue with BB&T banking transactions. 
  3. Click Let's talk
