My Quickbooks (desktop) bank accounts are not showing correct balances

How can I manually fix transactions beginning January of this year? I've tried batching through the accountant tab from csv file from my online banking, but the numbers still didn't add up right. Can someone help me please, I have 3 accounts that i need to fix.

My best advice is to reconcile.  Also look for the Opening balance - pre reconciled transaction that qbo will create to show the balance prior to the 90 days of import.  That throws everything off.

It isn't Stripe by any chance is it? Quickbooks recognizes Stripe balance incorrectly, it instead pulls the total volume of $ passed through the account since the beginning of time, and thinks that is the balance. So my stripe balance is artificially way too high. I worked with support on this for ages (about 5 months) and they gave up on it just saying basically "that's how it is.."

Thank you for your response, i am so dumb when it comes to quickbooks. What do it mean to reconcile? Does this mean to print out my bank statement and assure my transactions match up one by one from the beginning to end??????

Yes, go to your home page, reconcile.  Start from the very first month (or first month of your records) and go month by month and reconcile the bank acct.
