Nicolet Bank Credit Card Connecting Error

I have been unable to connect my Nicolet Bank Credit Card since Oct. 15th. If I try to sign in the message is The Nicolet Bank Credit Card site is down for maintenance. Try connecting again in a few Hours. (105) I also have a message that states something isn't working with the update button. Clicking update does nothing. I am able to sign in to our credit card account via there site. I don't understand what is going on and why I am unable to connect.

Thanks,

CK18

Nicolet Bank Credit Card Connecting Error

Welcome back to the Community, @CK18.

We received reports regarding users having the same error message that you're getting. A ticket has been created and forwarded to our Product Engineers. They're now investigating and working to fix this as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, I suggest contacting our Phone Support team so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our Engineers determine the number of affected users. An email notification will be sent to you once this has been resolved.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our live support.

For more information about connecting banks in QBO, consider checking out this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts.

Please know that I'm only a post away if you have any other issues or concerns. I'll be here to help. Have a good one!
