Our bank has changed names but the account number has stayed the same. How do I update the account to reflect the new bank website and account?

Renaming a bank account in QuickBooks Online is easy, Let me show you how:

 Here’s how:

1. From QuickBooks Online, click the Settings icon and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Next to the Bank Register, you'd like to change the name on, click the drop-down ▼ and select Edit.
3. Enter the new one under Name. Click Save and close once finished.
