Paragon (Towne Bank) no longer downloading transactions in QBO. Have disconnected account, however it will not reconnect with proper credentials. Any known issues?

I'm researching to see if anyone else is encountering the same issues with the Towne Bank no longer downloading transaction, but have found none at this time.

To resolve this, let's try refreshing the connection between your bank and QuickBooks by running a manual update on your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here's how:

  1. Select Banking from the left menu.
  2. Select the Update button in the upper right.
  3. Select Update Now.

Thank you for the suggestion, but it was a connectivity issue with the banking platform and QBO.  Towne Bank helped to fix the issue. When you click "Add Account" in Banking, there was a new banking URL option (TowneBnk Business Online Banking) that worked. The old Paragon Bank -Towne Bank link no longer works. Hope that helps someone else!
