PNC Small Business Account View CC Link Has Changed

I too am experiencing PNC syncing issues... And after looking closely into it, I have identified (1) specific issue that is causing this on my end... Don't know if this applies to anyone else, but thought it could be helpful.

I am working with a master CC account containing about 20 sub accounts...

We always used "PNC Small Business Account View" under the link https://pnc.fdecs.com/eCustService/ to sync the cards, but now this link has been replaced with simply www.pnc.com, and we've had nothing but syncing issues since then.

If I try to enter this url into the sync screen, it takes me straight to pnc.com instead of https://pnc.fdecs.com/eCustService/.

Intuit can you PLEASE restore PNC syncing access to the URL https://pnc.fdecs.com/eCustService/?! This feed is much more stable than going through the PNC master site.

Does anyone else know if it is possible to bypass the pnc.com and use https://pnc.fdecs.com/eCustService/ instead?

Thanks!!!

PNC Small Business Account View CC Link Has Changed

Hello there,  @numbrcrunchnpizzaparty.

As I checked,  we already have an investigation regarding PNC accounts. This has been raised to banking engineer to understand why this unexpected behavior is happening. I suggest reaching our Customer Support Team so they can add your details which can help with this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

  1. Go to Help and select Contact us.
  2. Enter PNC Account in the question field and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose either to Start a message or Get a callback.

While we are working to resolve this, you can manually import the transactions. I've added the articles below in case you need them:

Feel free to reach out to me again if you have any other questions, and I'm here to help you. Have a good one.

Yes the manual imports are an option, but with all due respect, I am not paying $150 monthly for a system to pull my data... and then have to do the work myself.
