We're unable to turn off the category suggestions feature for one vendor only in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Once you turned off the feature, it'll automatically apply to all the vendors.
You can run the Expenses by Vendor Summary report in QBO. This report will show you the last categories used for a specific vendor.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Enter Expenses by Vendor Summary in the search bar, then click to open.
- Under the Report period, set the correct date.
- Click on Run report.
- Find the vendor name and click on the amount to view the Transaction Report page.
