Quickbooks added a transaction from my bank account as a transfer, how do I change it to an expense?

 

Hello there, @funeralhomeinfo.

 

You can go to the For Review tab and link the transaction to an expense account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking, then click Banking.
  2. Click the For Review tab.
  3. Select the transfer transaction.
  4. Under Category, click the drop-down menu.
  5. Choose an Expense account.
  6. Click Add.
