Customers can pay an invoice online using a non-US bank account. They'd simply fill out the information and complete the transaction just like any other payer. If a client is experiencing issues with making their payment, it's initially recommended that they reach out to their bank to confirm they're using the correct information.

How do replace the currently listed Principal with the ACTUAL principal/director of our nonprofit?
Hey, sophiamena. Thanks for responding. In the event that you need to change the Principal, you'd have to apply for a new account. The current account holder can close it if they wish, but there isn't a way to have the owner replaced with someone else.
I'd recommend contacting our support team, so that they can help you to begin this process. Just let them know that you want to apply for a new merchant account.
