Working on QB Online Essentials. I am trying to Reconcile accounts but after clicking the Reconcile button the Reconciliation screen won't load. I just get the circle icon going around and around. Help would be greatly appreciated.
This occurred to me last week and I was able to fix it by refreshing the page while the reconciliation page was trying to load. Also, I usually have the best experience with Chrome over other browsers. Hope this helps.
