Convert your Quicken file to QB Desktop
Then you can migrate to QB Online (not QB SE)

You may call and ask Intuit Data Service to convert it. Make sure you have open QB Online account prior to call them. Should you need to resolve it in due course, consider purchasing a 3rd party conversion service.
Hope it helps.
