So I got an email from quick books dated June 2nd saying that I received a payment, but I have no record of the funds after that I can't find it in my quickbooks account

it has been almost 1 week and the funds are still nowhere to be found. usually its not more than a few days to see the funds landing in the quickbooks account. where has this transaction gone?

As an insight, the funds will usually be deposited to your bank within 2-3 banking days. However, the waiting period depends on the following scenarios:

 

  • The time when you enter the transactions.
  • Your financial institution to deposit the funds.
  • The bank policies for verifying and processing the deposits.

 

Some banks will deposit the payment after 5-7 business days. In the meantime, you'll want to track your transactions through the Merchant Service Center. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your Merchant Service account.
  2. Click Activity & Reports, then select Deposits.
  3. Use the Date field to filter the data.

 

If you haven't received the money after the given time, I'd suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Payments Support to help you check the status of the deposit.
