Matching the checks to the downloaded transactions needs to have the same dates and amounts.
If the bank account not matching the checks even if both of them has the same dates and amounts, we can perform our recommend basic troubleshooting steps. Unusual behavior happens when our browser is holding too much data.
On the other hand, if you're referring receipts not matching to your existing expense transactions. This issue has been already reported to our product engineers. They are working on it to get this fixed as soon as we can. Also, I'd recommend contacting our specialist to add you as one of the affected users.
Click the Help icon at the top right and hit the Contact us button.
