The "Cleared Status" column is missing from all bank registers. How do I fix this?

Welcome aboard to the Community, @jma1.

 

I suggest configuring the columns showing on your register to hide or show them on your view. Also, let's narrow them down to ensure you can see it on your QuickBooks.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Search for the account.
  3. Below the Action column, choose View register
  4. Hit the small gear icon.
  5. Put a checkmark on the box beside Reconcile and Banking Status.
  6. Narrow down the columns. 
  7. Scroll down and move the scroll bar to the right. 

I recommend visiting the What are account registers in QuickBooks Online? article. It contains information about how the register in QuickBooks works.
