You'd want to make sure to enable the Connect to Amazon feature to automatically see your Amazon-related transactions in QuickBooks. Let's first access your QuickBooks account by using a private browser or an incognito browser to isolate this unexpected behavior. I can guide you on how to do it.
You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts:
Once logged in, you can follow the steps below to enable your Amazon integration.
If it works, you'd want to clear your browser's cache. Sometimes those files can get corrupted and affect the browser's performance. Also, you can use other web browsers too. You can read through this article for guidance when connecting to Amazon: Amazon integration with QuickBooks Self-Employed.

under lab it now says turn it off for amazon but underneath it, it says issue with connection. when i try to connect to amazon, it keeps saying wrong credentials for amazon although i have the correct username and password. it asks for characters to enter and i do and then i get the message that my credentials are wrong.
i got the message that i am all set in regards to amazon connection. but when i go to lab, it still says that i need to fix the connection issue! and i still cannot upload my amazon transactions.

i asked for call back today but the support person could not resolve the issue. she said she would need to research it and get back to me.
Not sure if you're still having issues with the csv upload. I was also experiencing this same issue with the "save" option not being available. What I discovered was that I was only uploading one of the TWO csv reports that are required for the import.
One csv is "Items" and the other "Orders and Shipments" - so you'll need to pull both of these reports with the same date parameters from Amazon and upload one at a time. They sync and then you're able to save.
It's nice to have you here, @bribri1986,
I want to make sure you're able to add your bank entries in QuickBooks Online. Have you tried the steps shared in this thread? If not, let's try that first and see if it works for you.
However, if you already tried that, and still getting the same hitch, I would recommend getting in touch with our Support Team. This way the problem gets reported to our engineers.

Thanks. I followed precisely what you recommended but it did not work. I contacted support and sent them the files and they said they would look into it and get back to me. Last I heard was that they were still looking into it but that was several months back. I have yet to hear back from them.

Three years later and this is still the case lol. Amazon doesn't have an "Orders & Shipments" report so I tried just Orders and just Shipments. I tried every report but each time I get this error. Maybe it's because I have a business account? The hyperlink on the page (https://www.amazon.com/gp/b2b/reports?ref_=ya_d_l_order_reports) redirects me to https://www.amazon.com/b2b/aba/dashboard.
I want to ensure this is taken care of, @mwlds.
To fix this, I suggest getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, they can pull up your account in a secure environment and check the cause of the problem. It would also be best if you give them the error you've received.
