We’ll do some steps to find out why you can’t match your transactions.
Please check the transactions in your register to see if they're marked as reconciled (has R mark). Reconciled transactions won't be available for matching. You also want to see if they’re already matched to other transactions, or their amounts are not equal to the transactions on the Banking page.
On the other hand, you can use the Find match option to look for matching entries. Simply click a transaction, choose Find Match, and expand the date range to cover more entries.
