The sync with Square app isn't working. When I try to do a manual sync it fails with a blank error, and its not automatically syncing nightly. How do I get it to work?

I have disconnected and reconnected, still no sync.

We have a reported issue about syncing Square app in QuickBooks Online. Our engineers are already checking why transactions aren't automatically importing.

 

Please contact our phone support for us to ask for your account details and add you to the list of affected users. Here's how:

 

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of QBO and click on it.
  2. Indicate that you're getting an error when manually syncing the Square app, then click Let's talk
  3. Select Get a callback to reach out to one of our phone agents or Start Messaging for chat support.
