Join nowHi GaryKS,
This happens if you've updated any information with your credit card accounts such as the account number, account name or any information made directly from your bank.
You'll want to connect the updated credit card accoun to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, please check this article for the detailed steps: Connect Bank And Credit Card Accounts to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
You might want to reach out to your bank so you can verify any information about the changes.
If you want to add older transactions after you've connected your new credit card account: Add Older Transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
If you have other concerns, just comment below or post again. I'd be happy to help.
Thank you for your answer to my question and I understand exactly what you've posted. That said, the credit card account is functional and QBSE downloads my latest transactions. The title of the account, though, has the word [CLOSED] appended to it. It doesn't seem to affect the download but is there a way to adjust the name to avoid confusion.
Best,
Gary
It looks like this . MarrVisaBonVoyCREDIT CARD [CLOSED] .
Any way to rename it to get rid of the [CLOSED] text?
Hi there, GaryKS,
There was a ticket created that some banks are showing as CLOSED when they're not. However, our Online Banking Team has resolved this in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
Since you're still experiencing this behavior in your account, I recommend contacting our QBSE Technical Team. They can take a look at it again to remove the status. Here's how:
You can also refer to the Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support for another way of getting in touch with them.
Let me know how it goes by leaving a comment below. I'm always around to help you out.
Thank you and take care always!
