Yes, I've got the suggestions you need to get the missing transactions from August to December 2019 downloaded to QuickBooks Sel-Employed (QBSE), @jocelyns5054-hot

It's good to hear you've reconnected the bank and refreshed the transaction page. However, the program only automatically downloads the last 30 - 90 days of transactions. That may be the reason none of them are showing up on the Transactions page.

I'd suggest downloading transactions from your bank using a CSV file since these are from August to December 2019. Then, manually import them to QBSE. I'll guide you how.

To export the transactions from your bank:

  1. Sign in to your bank’s website.
  2. Follow the steps to download your transactions using a CSV file.
  3. Set the date range (August to December 2019).
  4. Follow any on-screen instructions to finish the download.
  5. Reformat the file if necessary.

To import the transactions to QBSE:

  1. Go to the Settings (⚙) icon at the upper right.
  2. Select Imports under Transactions
  3. Choose the account.
  4. Click Browse and locate the downloaded file.
  5. Select the file and select Open to start the import.
  6. Review the column headers and data. Ensure the Date, Description, and Amount columns on the file match the columns and order in QBSE.
  7. Click Continue to complete the import.

Once done, let's go back to the Transactions tab and filter the dates to All. That way, we can check for any duplicate entries. If there any, you can exclude or delete them. For the detailed instructions, see this article's Steps 2 - 4 through this article: Add Older Transactions To QBSE

Afterwards, you can edit your transactions and assign them on the correct lines of your Schedule CIt helps ensure your 2019 financial records are accurate in the program.

Lastly, I recommend visiting this website: QBSE Annual Tax Guide. It contains in-depth details and a checklist to help you file your annual taxes through QBSE.

I'll be right here to help if you need anything else. Keep safe always, @jocelyns5054-hot
