If downloads seem slow or stuck, the issue may be on the bank’s end. Sign in to your bank’s website to check. For a complete guide, please check out this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
For the time being, I recommend uploading your bank transactions from your bank or credit cards and manually import them into QBO.

Utilize MT Online for the time being. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
