Let's check how your bank register is filtered so we can find the missing transactions:
- On the left panel, click Banking.
- Select the bank account, and click the Go To Register link located above the Action column.
- From the register, click the Funnel icon.
- Choose All from Reconcile Status, Transaction Type, and Payee.
- Select the Date, and click Apply.
Then, check if you can see the transactions for the first two weeks of November. If not, you can import them using the WebConnect feature.
