Hello there, @petalumapie.

Thank you for posting in the QuickBooks Community. I'm happy to help share some information about downloading bank transactions from Chase Ink Credit Card.

May I know if you get an error code or message when trying to download the bank transactions? Do you see an alert in your Banking page to update your connection on that card? If so, you need to make some updates for the new connection available in your bank.

To start, let your primary account holder log in to the bank's website. They only have access to reconnect the accounts into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

After that, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the User Profile icon at the top right of the screen.
    2. Choose the AccountSafe option.
    3. Under Linked Apps verify that under the Intuit QuickBooks section that ALL account you want to access in QuickBooks have a check mark.

Once done, you should be able to download your transactions. However, if you get the same result, please reach out to our Phone Support to help you get to the resolution quickly.

For additional reference, I recommend checking these articles:

And of course, you're more than welcome to leave a comment below if you have any other questions about downloading the bank transactions into QBO. I'll be happy to help you further.
