It looks like you're the master or company admin since you've already gone through the signup process. Here are the factors why you're unable to activate the QuickBooks Cash account:
- You're an existing QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Payments customer.
- The information you've provided during the signup process was incorrectly entered.
First off, QuickBooks Cash is available for new QBO and Payments customers. If you're an existing customer, this is currently unavailable, but you can still process customer payments.
Second, let's make sure the information you provided during the signup process is correct. Just go back to the QuickBooks Payments section and select Learn more to verify them. Make any changes and submit it again.
However, if you've verified the information above but the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They have the necessary tools to determine why you're still unable to activate the QuickBooks Cash account and help you resolve it. They are available from Mondays to Fridays (6 am to 6 pm PT). - Locate the QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center section.
- Click Chat with us or get their updated phone number to call them.
Once approved, you'll get a QuickBooks Cash account and a debit card. It's a monthly fee-free checking account where all of your customer payments get deposited and to help you save money.
