Join nowHi there!
I'd wager a guess that the issue is originating from TD Bank. Recently, TD Bank revised/updated their security protocols. While it's great for improved security, it's caused a crack in several apps requiring access to bank feeds.
The protocol include a two-factor authentication, which requires a text, phone call or similar security validating notification to the account user. It's generated with each login & cannot be stored (at this time). This is different from the security questions and answers still required.
I noticed the issue with QBO clients, as well as with associated apps (e.g. Hubdoc).
IF possible, see if you can log in & download the data. I've no idea how soon a fix will occur, but it's impacted my TD Bank clients for over 2 months.
Good luck!
