Unable to remove filter in a transaction list? Looking at customer's transactions, filtered it, now can't get filter to go away on any customer

Thank you for reaching out to us,c-foley-yourener.

.I'll be glad to help you with your filter concern.

I can see how processing your transaction lists becomes beneficial on your QuickBooks tasks and be glad to help you with it. The filter not going away is due to the browser's cache that stores temporary internet files from your browsing history. As it collects too many files, this causes performance issues in QuickBooks Online. This is the reason why the Filter function isn't going away.

To clear these temporary files is very easy, just follow the steps at the links below corresponding to the browser you are currently using.

 To Clearing browser cache

Once you've cleared these files, you can close and reopen the browser, and sign in to QuickBooks.

We're always here in the Community to help if you have questions related to filters in QuickBooks Mac. Stay safe!

Thanks very much for this response.  I cleared my cache and restarted my computer, but the problem still occurs.

If anyone else has any ideas about this, please let me know!  Hello, Intuit?!
