Was the ability to view account register removed in the latest version of the mobile app? Can't find it anywhere.

I've finally found it. For anyone that has this silly problem in the future: The problem is it is no longer called "Chart of Accounts". Here are the steps to find it.. at least on Android:

  1. Click hamburger icon in lower right of screen. 
  2. Tap the "ALL" tab at the top
  3. Tap "Categories"
  4. Select which ever account you need to view the details of. 

I've attached a simple illustration.

I opened my mobile app and was able to view my register, Holtenc.

 

Just click on the Menu ☰ and select Chart of Accounts.

 

We can clear the app data if you still not able to see it. These are temporary files that can cause error if the app save too much of it.

  1. Android: From three dots ⋮, select Settings. Click the Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
  2. iOS: From the Menu ☰, click the Help & Feedback. Select Refresh Data, and then hit Refresh.

Also, let's uninstall and reinstall the app if this behavior persists. These are the links to reinstall the app:

Sounds like you're on iOS. I'm on Android. I've re-synced. Cleared cache/storage. Re-sync again. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The option for chart of accounts simply isn't there . I can snap a screen grab to prove it.

Seems you're on iOS. I'm on Android. I re-synced. I cleared cashe/storage and re-synced. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing. Screen caps attached.

The Chart of Accounts can be accessed by clicking the Menu ☰ (hamburger icon). Based on your screenshot, it is located at the bottom right of your QuickBooks.

 

 

If the same thing happens even after performing all those steps you've mentioned, I highly suggest contacting our Phone Support team. They're able to pull up your account in a secure environment and check what's causing this odd behavior. They can also perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this for you.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Click the Help icon at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our live support.
