I can help you in resolving this, @에러코드109.

To bring your data from the previous year, we can manually download bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. I'll guide you how:

  1. Go to the Banking tab, then choose Banking.
  2. Select Update.

If you receive an error downloading bank transactions, check this out: Fix bank upload errors in QuickBooks Online.

You can match and categorize your transactions, once it's already in QuickBooks.

Drop me a comment below if you have any other questions about this. I'll be happy to help you out. Have a great day ahead.

We did so, but the banking data from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 is not being updated automatically. Is there any other way?

I appreciate you for getting back to us here in the Community, @에러코드109.

When you connect your account in QuickBooks Online, most of the banks automatically download the last 90 days of transactions, and others go back as far as 24 months. The range of data that will import into the system will depend on your financial institution.

The only workaround available at the moment is by manually uploading transactions through WebConnect. As we assess this, I suggest you visit our QuickBooks Blog to stay updated with all the changes that are being made.

I've also included some articles in case you need more ideas about bank feeds:

As additional option, if you have any data in CSV format, utilize this 3rd party tool to import them in bulk
