The recent update for QuickBooks Online brought a new workflow to the software. With this update, the + New button above the left navigation panel now offers the same features and functionality as the deposit icon (Plus icon).

It contains some new features like, simplify credit card payments with a new workflow, establish and manage your Chase Bank account, and identify opportunities with the Revenue Streams Dashboard report.
If you' don't have this option, use an incognito browser to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. Private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.
- For Internet Explorer of Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
If it works in incognito, clear the cache of your regular browser. Doing this helps QBO to function more efficiently. You can check out this article that will provide more information: Clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files.
