Hi, @kjgiordano13.

When connecting your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO). QBO will automatically download the last 90 days of transactions.

Since you want to download more transactions, you'll want to manually upload them to QBO. I'd be glad to guide you how.

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card website.
  2. Follow the instructions on how to download the transactions to your computer.
  3. Review the file format and size (350 KB). Ensure to use these either of these formats:
    • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
    • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
    • Quicken (QFX)
  4. Once done, go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
  5. Select the Banking tab.
  6. Click the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions.
  7. Select File Upload from the Update drop-down arrow.

For more details, please read this helpful article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Once done, you can now match and categorize the downloaded transactions
