Why are my deposits not showing current batches?

It is showing my most current batch as 3/19/2018

Hi there, @eastridgefieldcr. Let's manually update your banking connectivity with QuickBooks to make sure that you will have updated transactions. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking tab on the left menu.
  2. Click the Update button. QuickBooks Online updates all of your connected bank and credit card accounts.
  3. Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials if prompted, .
  4. Click the Continue update.

 

If downloads seem slow, I'd suggest you sign in to your bank’s website to check. You can also refer to this help article for more information. Read through What to do if bank transactions won’t download. It also includes steps to resolve specific banking errors in case you encounter any.

I am referring to, when on my tab’s list on the left side of my online banking.

Under “Sales”

Then“Deposits”

I use this daily and typically it will show me what has not yet been deposited into our account. However, as of 2 days ago, the most current batch showing is dated 3/19/2018 and I can not see any current ones.

 

I can not figure out how to get this updated.

I've checked our investigation list, but we haven't received any reports about this issue. In this case, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Merchant Support Team. They have additional tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate this further.

I have the same problem - I usually see my deposits listed daily and it is only showing a deposits from 3/18 and before. How can I see my current deposits again?

Currently, we have an open case about the payment deposits not recorded automatically in QuickBooks. Our engineers are still gathering data for their investigation. I suggest contacting our support to get you added to the list of affected users.

 

Here's how you to reach them:

  1. Click (?) Help.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Type your question in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Click Get a callback. Enter your personal information.
  6. Click Confirm my call.

Meanwhile, you can log in to our Merchant Service Center site to see your deposits. Just click the Deposits link (see attached screenshots).

 

I've also added our page about payments for some help articles of your future tasks.
