It's nice to see you here in the Community, @judyhanson.

 

You can manually update your bank account to download your transactions. I can add more details about this and help you from there.

 

When your bank account is connected in QuickBooks, transactions are automatically downloaded. But if your transactions aren't downloading, you can manually update it.

 

You can follow the steps below:

  1. Choose Banking from the left panel.
  2. Click on Update.
