To answer to which bank I am referring to is SunTrust. I updated the two CC-Amex Card but not of the bank. Anyone can help me with this?

We received reports regarding other users getting the same issue with SunTrust in QuickBooks Online (QBO). A ticket was already created and forwarded to our Product Engineers. They're now working to fix this as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, I suggest contacting our Phone Support team so they can add your details to our notification list. This helps our Engineer determine the number of affected users. An email notification will be sent to you once this has been resolved. I'll also inform you here when we get the update as well.

If running the bank feed feature is critical, utilize the SlickConnect for the time being. I noticed it supports SunTrust bank.

I have the same issue for the last 3 days - cannot connect to SunTrust small business accounts. I called QuickBooks support many times, spent hours repeating the same trouble shooting steps over and over again with each support person, and they couldn’t help me. I keep telling them that QuickBooks links to SunTrust are outdated. Each support person promised that I will receive an update via email. So far it’s been days
and no one has contacted me yet. If this doesn’t get resolved soon, I plan to cancel my QuickBooks subscription after the tax season. I have been manually downloading files from SunTrust to update transactions In QuickBooks. So frustrating.
