Getting paid is definitely a priority and so is knowing where your money is going. I have one question just to make sure I’m giving you the best information.
Are you using a QuickBooks payments account to accept payments either manually or from your invoices?
If so, you can confirm where those payments are being deposited by logging into the Merchant Service Center.
- Log in to your QuickBooks Payments account.
- From the menu, select Account.
- Account Profile.
- Go to the Deposit Account Information section.
- Here you will see the last 4 digits of the deposit account.
If you need to change this account:
- Click Edit (or Add if you haven't added an account yet).
- Select how you want to receive the code (text or voice call).
- Enter the code in the pop-up window.
- When prompted, enter the Account Type followed by the Routing/ABA Number and Account Number, then Submit.
The Merchant Service Center is a great place to check funding times, review transactions, reverse or void a transaction, and view statements. I’d recommend bookmarking the URL.
