Will payments automatically go to my bank account

Getting paid is definitely a priority and so is knowing where your money is going. I have one question just to make sure I’m giving you the best information.

Are you using a QuickBooks payments account to accept payments either manually or from your invoices?

If so, you can confirm where those payments are being deposited by logging into the Merchant Service Center.

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Payments account.
2. From the menu, select Account.
3. Account Profile.
4. Go to the Deposit Account Information section.
5. Here you will see the last 4 digits of the deposit account.

If you need to change this account:

1. Click Edit (or Add if you haven't added an account yet).
2. Select how you want to receive the code (text or voice call).
3. Enter the code in the pop-up window.
4. When prompted, enter the Account Type followed by the Routing/ABA Number and Account Number, then Submit.

The Merchant Service Center is a great place to check funding times, review transactions, reverse or void a transaction, and view statements. I’d recommend bookmarking the URL.
