At this time, being able to add a user who can submit a receipt but do not have full access to your file is unavailable. As a workaround, you can let your user send a copy of the receipts through email. Then, manually upload them into QuickBooks using one of our supported browsers.
Aside from that, you can also utilize third-party applications that integrate with QuickBooks Online. I'll guide you how.
- Go to the Apps menu.
- Select the Find Apps tab and then look for the app you want.
- Choose the app you wish from the list.
