- Go to Settings and click General.
- Choose iPhone Storage and then the QuickBooks Online app.
- Click Offload App.
After refreshing your app, check if you can access it successfully. Consider uninstalling and
reinstalling the app if it still doesn't work. Here's how:
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to QuickBooks Accounting.
- Click Free, then Install.
- Sign in to the app using the same company credentials.
- Click the QuickBooks Online company file you want to access.
