Hi there, beth.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The investigation is still in progress and our Technical team is working diligently to look for a fix. In the meantime, we'll need to list your account as one of the affected users. By doing so, we'll be able to notify you once the issue is resolved. You can find the phone number in this article: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1145770.

As a temporary workaround, you can use the steps below:
1. Make note of the transaction information in the reconcile screen.
2. Save reconcile to finish later.
3. Go to the Bank register and find the transaction.
4. Edit the transaction and manually mark as reconciled(R).
5. Save the transaction.
6. Repeat for all transactions causing this issue.

We appreciate your patience as we work through this. If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know. I'll be around to help you out.

Hello there, wellmanjack.

The investigation about this issue is still in progress and our Technical Team is working diligently to look for a fix.

Please give our phone support a call so you can be added to the list of the affected users. By doing so, we'll be able to notify you once an update is available. You can reach them here: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1145770.

In the meantime, you can try switching to a different browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox) to check if the missing icon and data in your transaction will show. Here's how:
• Press Ctrl + Shift + N keys on your keyboard (Google Chrome).
• Press Ctrl + Shift + P keys on your keyboard (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
• Press Control + Option + P keys on your keyboard (Safari).

If the same problem persists, you may have to use the same process provided in the answer above as a temporary workaround.

Let me know how it goes by leaving a comment below. Wishing you the best!
