Re: reconciliation report

I'm here to walk you through on how to undo your reconciliation, @lhaecpta2019,

If you are using QBOA or if you have an accountant, you have the option to undo your reconciliation in the new Reconcile screen by following these steps:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Select Reconcile.
  3. Click the Reconciliation History link in the upper-right hand part of the page.
  4. Choose the correct Account and Report period.
  5. Find the report and click the drop-down arrow beside View report.
  6. Select Undo and Yes to confirm.
  7. Click Undo and then OK.

Refer to this article for the detailed steps: Undo a reconciliation in QBOA

On the other hand, if you're not an accountant, you'll need to manually unreconcile each transaction one at a time. Perform the following steps to unreconcile individual transactions:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Tap Chart of Accounts.
  3. Find the account you want to review.
  4. From the Action column, click View register.
  5. From the reconcile status column (indicated by a checkmark), click the box multiple times to update the codes on the transaction:
    • C - Cleared
    • - Reconciled
    • Blank - Not cleared or reconciled
  6. Click Save.

Here's how it looks like in QBO:

Please check out this article for more details: Clear, unclear, reconcile or unreconcile transactions.
