I've got some steps that might help you reconnect your PayPal account.
Here's how:
- Make sure to sign in as the Master Administrator in QuickBooks Online.
- Go to the Banking and locate the PayPal bank account.
- Select the Edit (pencil) icon.
- Click the Edit Settings button
- Under the Other section, put a check mark on the Auto Add Transactions box.
