The issue is that since QB pings the bank account with my access it locks me out of the bank online system after it pings it 3 times. I had the bank account unlocked and tried to reenter the username and password in QB and again the bank refused to take it even though it was the correct username and password, after 3 times and I am locked out of the bank account again. Is there anything QB can do about this. It seems this has happened before to many customers.

Hello, thank goodness a person posted this procedure last May who was having the same issue with Regions bank lockout.
You CANNOT just try and relink the bank with username and password. It will not work and Regions will lock the bank online access.
What you have to do is go into QuickBooks, click on the bank account in dashboard, click the pencil icon in the bank account box, then select "edit account info" and check the box on the lower right that says " disconnect this account on save", then click 'save'. Once you have your bank account unlocked by Regions you can relink the account by going back into QB and clicking on the banner that says link your bank account. You will be asked your username and password and your security questions so be prepared with your security questions.
SOLUTION: Please make sure QB staff knows this solution. Thank goodness someone posted it back in May 2023.
