If you're referring to your subscription, there are two options. For free trial subscription you can cancel it in Quickbooks Online. Let me guide you through the steps.
However, if you have paid the subscription upon registering, you can repeat the steps above. Once done, QuickBooks will send an email that confirms the cancelation request.
You can also contact Quickbooks Online Customer Care team if you have additional concerns before you cancel your account. They have the tools to pull up your account which we can't do in the community.
