I found 4 sales transaction on QB shows processed  but I didn't see that in our bank account.

There are a couple of reasons for payments that are not appearing in your bank account. If these transactions are processed through QuickBooks Payments, they automatically show settled or processed in QuickBooks Online. Deposit speed depends on the payment method used by your customers. 


Generally, credit card payments will take up to 1-2 banking days and bank transfer (ACH) takes 2-7 banking days. We can check these events in the Merchant Service Center to see their status and when deposits were made. The Merchant Service Center keeps a complete record of your payment activity to ensure everything can be tracked. Here’s how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, click Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
  3. Filter the date period.
  4. Select Search.
