Service of Quick books so terrible? they couldn't connect my bank account and still charged my card. took 2 weeks even to respond. doesn't cancel subscription either

You have me to make sure you're able to connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online.
Before doing so, did you get an error message when trying to connect your bank? Also, can you tell me the name of your bank provider so I can check if we have an ongoing issue that prevents you from connecting your bank.
In the meantime, let's connect it using an incognito window. This is the best place to verify any web browser issues. You can use these shortcuts to open this window:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
If you're able to connect, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some browser issues.
We can also connect your bank through a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.
With regard to the cancellation, are you trying to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription? or your Online Payroll?

Here are the steps on how to cancel QuickBooks standalone:
Click the Gear icon, and then select Account and Settings.
Go to the Billing and subscription tab.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
Click Continue to cancel, and then select Continue to cancel.
Follow the on-screen instructions, and then click Submit and cancel subscription.
Select Got it.
If you're trying to cancel your Online payroll:
In the Billing & Subscription tab, go to the Payroll section.
Click Continue to cancel.
Fill-out the survey and then click Confirm cancel.
We will send you an email that confirms the cancellation process of either of the two subscriptions.
Once canceled, you will have read-only access to your account for a year. I would also recommend printing forms and reports that you need in the future. You can do this going to the Taxes tab, and then selecting PayrollTax. Select any forms under the Forms section.
For the reports, click the Reports tab. Next, enter and select Profit and Loss or BalanceSheet. Then, filter and customize it. Lastly, click the Print icon.
