Shell FCU is not syncing for 2 weeks, can I receive help here?

Thanks for visiting the Community, tsg1. You've come to the right support and I'm here to help you sync your Shell FCU account with QuickBooks. 

 

First off, let's do a manual update of your bank account by clicking the Update button between two to three times. Make sure to reconnect the account in case you see a message about additional authentication.

 

Just in case it still doesn't sync, I'd suggest you check your bank's website by logging in to your bank's online banking page. Then, check your account page for messages, notifications, or alerts. Any display or security announcements on your bank’s website can potentially block QuickBooks from syncing. 

 

Any changes you've made on your bank's website, you'll need to update it in QuickBooks as well. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. In the Banking page, click the pencil icon beside the account name.
  2. Select Edit sign-in info.
  3. Enter your bank login credentials, then click Update.
