Someone is recording my deposits before my bank enters it to my QB's then I have no way to match it up? Why is this happening?

Let me provide additional information about the transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If you accept payments from your customers online, that makes deposits automated in the system. Also, you can utilize the Audit log feature to check the activities within your account.
Click the Gear icon in the upper-right.
Select Audit log.
Customize the filter if necessary, then hit Apply.
If you still need to speak to one of our representatives, you can do it by requesting a callback. This new feature is designed to be an easier and faster way for customers to contact support.
Please follow these steps:
Click the Help menu and select Contact Us.
Provide a short description or tell us specifically how we can help you, then click Let's talk.
Click Get a callback.
You also have the option to click Message an agent if you want a chat agent instead.
