was working fine until last monday.....now it wont load and just spins and spins and spins......help please

The spinning circle could be a result of too much data in your browser's cache, Designer1.

 

Your cache stores your browsing history to speed up the reloading process when you revisit a webpage. A full one can cause lags, unresponsive buttons, or slow to non-loading pages. This can be resolved by clearing the cached data. But before we go into that, we’ll do one step first.

 

Please open a private window and log in to your account. This will disable your cache from saving new data, and it’s a good way to check browser issues. If QuickBooks will load fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If the same thing happens, you can use other browsers to isolate the case.

Same issue here in the app version of QB online - last rep told me to uninstall and reinstall. Worked fine for months lately it's a pile of untied shoelaces :( 

app hardly every works, definitely a no go in firefox as of a few weeks ago and chrome sometimes works. This makes life hard when you need to enter data!! Any ideas?

One possible reason why this happens is when the pop-up blocker is turned on. If it was, have it disabled.

 

On the other hand, I've checked that there are ongoing investigations about QuickBooks continues to spin with the green circle specific to submitting payroll, editing weekly time-sheet, importing products and services, and others. With this, I encourage you to reach out to our Support Team, as they have the tools to determine the root cause of the issue and check this further.

  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
