Is your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription deleted? If so, allow me to share a few information about this.
When you cancel your subscription, you'll have read-only access to your data for one year. After that, your company will be deleted in our system. You'll want to export your data to Excel before it's deleted so you'll be able to access them for future use.
You also have the option to resubscribe your QBO account within a year after it's has been canceled. This way, you'll be able to access and make any changes in your data.
