Good day, jett22amber.

Let me walk you through the steps on how you can modify the bank's name.

Here's how:

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to Transactions or Banking.
  2. Click the Banking tab.
  3. In the bank tile, select the pencil icon.
  4. Click on the Edit account info button.
  5. Edi the Name from the Account window.
  6. Hit Save and close.

To help you match and categorize the downloaded transactions, please check out the steps in this article: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

In case you want to connect a new bank account, the instructions are included here

If you've got any additional questions about banking or other QuickBooks concerns, please let me know in the comments below. Take care and stay safe!

How would you do this in Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2021?

You can edit settings for bank feeds by disconnecting an account, making your changes, then setting its feed back up. Before disconnecting accounts, you'll want to make sure you've either matched or deleted all of their downloaded transactions.

Here's how:

  1. In the top menu bar, go to Lists, then Chart of Accounts.
  2. Right-click an account and choose Edit Account.
  3. Access your Bank Settings tab.
  4. Choose Deactivate all online services.
  5. Hit OK.
  6. Select Save & Close.
  7. Return to your list of bank accounts and find the account.
  8. Make your changes.
  9. Set up the account's bank feed.
