Switching from Pro Desktop with online backup to Online version

I'm thrilled to share the difference between QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Desktop version, StudentABC.

The main difference between QBO and the Desktop version is its accessibility. For QBO, you can access your file anywhere as long as you have an Internet connection. While Desktop version, the company data can only be accessed on the computer or network where the file is installed.

If you have some other product questions, please reach out to our Sales Support Team. They can provide you detailed information with your inquiries. Just see the phone number on the screen beside the Sign in link on the website I've provided.

Once you have your Online account, you can follow the steps int his article to move your Desktop files: Move your QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online.
