Join nowTD recently changed it's system for bank feeds. It had us change our user name from 7 characters to 8, with a number. since then, 10-days ago we cannot get updates to our account. We have deactivated the bank feed, change the user name several times. Uninstalled QB, Re-installed it. All with the same results. This Bank is not interested in helping us. They REFUSE to help us.
They Blame QB, but they made a modification to their system and now do nothing to help us, their customer. Any advice?

Let's reset the connection of your TD bank account by turning the bank feeds off. Doing so helps reconnect bank account.
To do this task, here's what you'll need to do:
Once done, enable the bank feeds again by following the Step 2 section outlined in this article: Get help with error OL 301 or 393.

I believe TD made another change - I noticed this morning that my old chrome bookmark no longer worked. I discovered they changed the URL to access onlinebanking!! Then when downloading transactions in QB, of course that didn't work!! I deactivated and re-activated and still having a problem. I think Quickbooks needs to update the URL for TD.
