The American Express Credit Card will not download it was downloaded and now it says it hasn't download since May

Did you receive any error message while trying to download the transactions from your bank? Any information can help us determine the cause of the issue.

For now, we can use the WebConnect feature. This allows you to download transactions from your financial institution and upload them to QuickBooks. You can log in to the American Express website and follow the instructions on how to download them. Currently, these are our supported file formats:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)
  • QBO format.
